This enables us to quickly generate economic forecasts that support investment decisions in the refurbishment sector.

Position overview

As a Machine Learning Automation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our ML operations (MLOps) framework, automating ML workflows, and ensuring the seamless deployment of scalable ML models. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain automated ML pipelines that support our ambitious AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production environments, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Explore and implement best practices in MLOps, including version control, model monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure the availability and quality of data for model training and inference.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and automation tools to continually enhance our ML infrastructure.

Qualification:

• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, including experience with tools (e.g.  Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g. Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) 
• Strong expertise in automation/orchestration tools (e.g. Kubeflow, Airflow, Prefect.io, Dagster, Dataform) and ML tracking/lifecycle tools (e.g. MLflow, Tensorboard)
• Experience in working with database management systems (e.g. Postgres, BigQuery, Oracle)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English is a must.
• Proven experience in data modeling and data modeling softwares is a nice-to-have.
